The New York Times original story on Streep’s remarks says she referred to “a speech by Mr. Trump in 2015 when he shuddered and flailed his arms, seeming to mock a disabled reporter” (emphasis supplied).

As the newspaper of record, I’d like to know what the Times says Trump was actually doing when, like a bullying high school clown in a lunchtime cafeteria, he grotesquely flailed his arms and babbled like an idiot while referring onscreen and nationwide to Times’ reporter, Serge F. Kovaleski, who has arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.
